High Summer Bracelet (Amethyst)
The daisy chain design of the High Summer Bracelet is inspired by my earliest beadwork. I learned this style of beading my first summer at sleep away camp. I was 10 years old and the only camper who chose to spend their daily 3 hour block of time in beading class. Those humid summer days sitting in an old wooden barn learning beading from my Ghanaian teacher was not only my entry into beadwork, but cemented my lifelong love of this craft.
